The Aldgate Partnership

Employee Wellbeing Clubs

Workplace wellbeing initiatives have been shown to give an average of 3:1 return on investment reducing staff turnover and sickness, increasing productivity and performance, and contributing to a healthier bottom line. We’ve worked with the community to develop two wellbeing clubs – Gardening and Craft.

The Aldgate Gardening Club started in July 2017 and have been monthly lunchtime sessions where the community can come together and make something green-fingered to take back to their home or desk.

The Wellbeing and Mindfulness Craft Club is a new initiative and a collaboration between TAP and Sandra, a local employee and volunteer who enjoys craft and wants to share her passion with the community.

See our events page here to register.

These have been set up as part of a wellbeing agenda. Stress accounted for 45% of all working days lost in 2016. In our global city we need to take time for ourselves and how better to do that than with nature. Come as part of a group or on your own. The Aldgate Partnership is offering this FREE of charge to make Aldgate a better place to be and work.

Still need tempting….watch and see what happens at these sessions:
