Workplace wellbeing initiatives have been shown to give an average of 3:1 return on investment reducing staff turnover and sickness, increasing productivity and performance, and contributing to a healthier bottom line. We’ve worked with the community to develop two wellbeing clubs – Gardening and Craft.
These have been set up as part of a wellbeing agenda. Stress accounted for 45% of all working days lost in 2016. In our global city we need to take time for ourselves and how better to do that than with nature. Come as part of a group or on your own. The Aldgate Partnership is offering this FREE of charge to make Aldgate a better place to be and work.
