Mindful Globe is continuing to offer one of the most accessible Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction courses (MBSR) in London.
The 2020 MBSR season starts on 27 January. Start your New Year with learning one of the most sustainable tools to bring clarity and calm to your mind. Mindful Globe is a not for profit project, all excess funds will be donated to various charities working with environmental issues, poverty alleviation and mental health.
MBSR is an 8-week gold-standard course on Stress Reduction and Deepening your Mindfulness Practice. It consists of 8 weekly face-to-face classes and well-structure home practice to assist with the wide range of stress-related problems, including sleep, anxiety, panic, tiredness, and chronic pain. The course was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn (PhD) and colleagues at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre in the 1970s to alleviate a number of health problems. Since then it has undergone a substantial scientific research on its benefits in dealing with stress, anxiety, panic. This course is also designed to assist people dealing with some chronic conditions and pain. Regular practice of Mindfulness may assist with emotional regulation, resilience, and problems with sleep. This courses is the most well researched mindfulness course worldwide and has helped a number of people to deal with the challenges of life in a sustainable long-lasting way.
The course is led by Dilya Mavlanova-August, a Mindfulness Teacher with the extensive experience in Coaching and Mindfulness within the corporate and creative sectors. The course is secular and inclusive of all backgrounds. Deadline for this offer is 20 December 2019. Groups are limited to 12 people, so it is advisable to enroll early.
